Cowgirl Up

I love having a huge table - it's so useful....and only a teensy bit annoying when people want to actually eat at it.

Today I spent some time ironing squares into triangles.

It's a step that I'd normally skip, but I'm turning over a new leaf.

Then, after I'd laid everything out so nicely, ready to sew, I found that a vital ($3) piece of my sewing machine was missing.

Searched in vain and then ordered it (and a spare) over the internet. I guess I'll just be cutting for while, because I'm not about to start hand-piecing! ...or I guess I could cowgirl up and continue ironing and organizing my fabric stash/pile...

  1. I'll bet that was alittle frustrating! Such a darling pattern and of course your wonderful choices of material. xxoo

  2. Hey, I recognize a couple of the prints! Is that original Flea Market Fancy or I heard they were going to do a reprint. Love that print. I have a small piece of the turquoise blue of the same print.

    Happy quilting!
