Last night I finally broke down and gave my 3-year-old a haircut. He was about as cooperative as I anticipated, in other words - not very, and it shows. Some sage advice: if you want a nice haircut, don't thrash around screaming the whole time. Maybe I'll post a picture...if he sits still for that.
