Ok. I admit it. I totally highjacked Jonny's party. I used his birthday as an excuse to hang out with some of my favorite people. On the plus side, he was too busy hanging out with all of his friends and cousins to notice.
He said everything about his birthday was great. I love six-year-olds. They're easy to please and anxious to enjoy the world around them.
Give-away Winner: Kriste! - I admit it. I didn't even draw names. I just want her ric-rac. But, to compensate for my selfishness, I'm going to invite everyone over (who's interested) to make zippered pouches. ...and the zippers are on me (but they probably won't be the vintage ones - sorry.) Date: to be announced after I determine next week's schedule.
I can't believe Jonny is already six!
ReplyDeleteOh, I blinked...can you take it again?
ReplyDeleteThanks for the fun party. Did he know that you hijacked it? He probably felt all special, which is all that matters, right?
highjacking is essential to a mothers insanity.
ReplyDeletedo it and be proud :)
Im just loving all your beautiful kids. Cozette is just as beautiful as her name. And I cant believe that Jonny, the little toe head toddler in south carolina is a first grader!
Well I can tell you that we LOVE not being Navy anymore. The only things I miss are the great friends Ive made over the years and of course the commissary. Paul LOVES the nuclear field outside of the Navy. If you guys do decide on getting out, you wont regret it. People actually care and are nice AND you get paid overtime. ;)
