Two pairs of shoes. They were on clearance. The white ones hurt my heels, but I'm hoping the black ones are more comfortable.
Mushroom earrings. I just adore these toadstools. They're so cute! ...although I sort of wish they were red.
...and my favorite, a bracelet I almost didn't get. It seemed extravagant. Shoes are easier to justify, but a bracelet is truly unnecessary....maybe that's what makes them so nice?
Instead of buying the retro Easter tins, card-signs, and hanging eggs at Joyworks, I went to Goodwill and got these:
...a kitchy-cute sign that I may or may not but ric-rac on,...
...a smaller, but still nice vintagey tin (for .99 instead of $8),..
...and an egg-decorating kit. I can't wait to use it! Lovely patterns.
You want to hear something funny? I ordered exactly that pysanky kit online yesterday!
ReplyDeleteOoh, that egg decorating kit looks really fun! I remember watching something years ago on TV about how those eggs are made, and being so impressed by the intricacy of the designs. When you make some, please post pictures!
ReplyDeleteCute finds. I too want to see pictures of your eggs when you make them.
ReplyDeleteCute! I love the shoes. Are the black ones the same style?
ReplyDeleteI love the bracelet. Go check out Forever 21...not the clothes (not exactly modest) but look at the accessories. You'll enjoy! (promise!)
ReplyDeleteSarah: I got my jacket at Forever21. Love it. Don't tell anyone. I'm more like Forever31.
ReplyDeleteNikko: The black ones don't have the blunt toes, but they also don't have the gathered heels that hurt - a lot.
Julie: We should do an egg swap. I wonder if they would mail ok?
I really, really, really LOVE your butterfly bracelet!
