...but when you start from square one (goat), it can take a while to get to the finish line (the sweater). Thus, Dad has started out-sourcing his knitting - not to China - to his mother.
So, Grandpa washed, carded, and spun the wool. Great Grandma Cozette knitted it up into the sweater. Reminds me of the book Just Like a Baby, where the whole family uses their different talents to make a special place for their new little one.
Doesn't Annika look pleased with herself and her special new sweater?
Only one question now - when do I get one?
I want mine gray and long (at least hip-length), to help conceal my tushy. :)
