The dress is the original length of the blouse, but I took off the sleeves, made them 3/4 length (for Cozette, not me), and reshaped the sides of the new dress.
Once the sides were sewn back together, I gathered up the shortened sleeves and sewed them back into place.
From the fabric I took off of the sleeves, I was able to get a pocket and belt loops (which go all of the way around her waist). The flower was a pin I had sitting around. Thank goodness I keep such things.
Tony thinks I should call this look "tiny librarian".
Oh goodness, this is so adorable. It makes me miss Cozette tons. She is such a big girl now. Great work, Annalia! You are endlessly and wonderfully talented.
